La Casita Del Cafe
La Casita Del Cafe is a female-owned mobile coffee trailer operating from the grounds of Vandermeer Nursery on Lake Ridge Road South. The hand-painted pink trailer has become one of Durham's most photographed cafe settings, with a rotating seasonal menu of rich espresso and handcrafted drinks that can be customised with flavour shots, choice of milk and hot or iced preparation, plus indulgent treats. In warmer months guests sit outside among the nursery's blooms; in winter the cafe shifts into the lush tropical greenhouse. The whole space is wheelchair-accessible and welcomes leashed dogs year-round, making it a working stop for plant shoppers and a destination in its own right. No cafe-specific hours are published, so none are stated.
