LiNK Massage Therapy & Wellness Hub
LiNK Massage Therapy & Wellness Hub is a massage therapy clinic at 375 Finley Avenue, Unit 105, in Ajax, Ontario, reachable at (365) 835-0111. The practice was co-founded by Kristine Pagar, RMT, B.Sc., and Lisa Pasquariello-Bent, RMT, MHAA, and is built around an evidence-informed approach described as 'Care & Knowledge — Connected': listening first to understand each patient's goals and concerns, treating with purpose through personalised assessment, and empowering wellness through education, home care and ongoing support. The clinic's practitioners treat everyday aches and pains, and use massage therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, support the body's natural healing process, keep clients moving through training and daily life, and calm the mind to reduce stress and restore balance to the nervous system. Treatment modalities offered by the clinic's registered massage therapists include Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, active release, myofascial release and cupping therapy, alongside Kinesio taping, Mindfulness Massage & Meditation — a treatment integrating therapeutic massage with guided meditation — and Indie Head Massage, a restorative treatment for the scalp, face, neck and shoulders. The clinic serves athletes, people recovering from injury, seniors, teens and those affected by motor vehicle accidents, and offers direct billing with most insurers. Appointments are booked online through the clinic's Jane app portal, where each practitioner's availability is shown. Mindfulness Massage Therapy, a separate practice run by co-founder Lisa Pasquariello-Bent, operates from inside LiNK's suite — the two are distinct businesses sharing one address.
